Apply NowTony has been an excellent mortgage broker to us since 2009. We had been to other financial institutions were they required us to change all our accounts to their bank if a mortgage was to be signed. We went to another financial institution where they did not call in an appropriate time and thus we could not put an offer on a place we wanted.
We purchased our first home in 2009 after he worked out the numbers and provided us with the best rate for our circumstances at the time. The mortgage and his service provided us the perfect flexibility we needed. The process was clear and understandable and the main key, the process was “stress free”.
In 2014 we used Tony again for another property and he was again professional, courteous and just so easy to work with. Tony found us the best flexible rate mortgage, completed all the appropriate documentation required. Tony set up the appraisal report for the house with ease. It was a STRESS FREE process.
A bonus is that every yearly celebration Tony sends us a greeting card, or a phone call just to say “Happy Birthday”. Love the personal touch.
